Owner/ Director
Owner of Private School, tutoring, and consulting business. Develop and plan curriculum for students in grades Kindergarten to 8th grade based on individual student academic levels. Coordinate “Connections Classes” in art, science, PE, and Spanish with other local entrepreneurs. Develop strategies and differentiate lessons based on students academic, language, social, and emotional needs.
TRI-CITIES CHURCH – EAST POINT, GA – 2020
Interim Children’s and Youth Ministry Director
Develop and teach small group lessons for students in Elementary and Middle/ High School. Communicate with church leadership, parents, volunteers, and community regarding events and activities. Lead and attend both digital and in-person meetings with church staff and youth group.

Assistant Administrator
Monitor student growth based on multiple sources of data. Lead Student Support Team to implement the problem-solving process to help teachers identify academic and behavioral needs of students. Develop school-wide master schedule. Evaluate and coach teachers through TKES and the Fulton County Coaching Rubric.
ESOL Lead Teacher
Teach language development skills to students in grades K – 5 in English Language Arts, Reading, and Math. Differentiate lessons for students based on Language Proficiency Levels as well as using content, process, and product. Use Science and Social Studies content standards to teach ELA thematically.
Highlights and Contributions at Hapeville Elementary:
Recipient of Hapeville Elementary Professional of the Year Award for 2016-17 and Fulton Leadership Essentials Award for 2015-16
Student Support Team Leader (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19). Developed new process to identify students who needed academic and behavioral interventions. Trained K-5 teachers in new Universal Screener and Progress Monitoring system.
Developed school-wide instructional schedule and assisted in creating class lists based on student data and needs (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19). Created ESOL Schedule that included push-in and sheltered classes based on students’ language proficiency levels (2014-15, 2015-16)
Scheduled and coordinated standardized assessments including Georgia Milestones Assessment for grades 3-5 (2017-18) as well as ACCESS Test for English Learners (2014-15, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19). Assisted Assistant Principal with IOWA Testing (2017-18, 2018-19)
Coordinated Teacher of the Year and Professional of the Year Nomination Process (2018-19)
